Here's a small, flash-based Tic Tac Toe demo I just made today. On its own, it's nothing special.

It has no computer-controlled player support, so you need two people to play this demo, roughly the same as playing on a sheet of paper. The catch: I didn't create this to save the trees, or to show a rudimentary understanding of Actionscript 3 programming. This is the first step in something much more sophisticated. Stay tuned...
